Graphite Design Tour AD XC
The Graphite Design Tour AD XC, designed for “Xtra Carry,” was designed and manufactured at Graphite Design’s Japan factory headquarters. It is black with silver and red accents, a silver fade at the tip, and a matte clear coat.
Like other high-performance Tour AD wood shafts, the Tour AD XC uses premium, aerospace-quality carbon-fiber materials. It is available in:
- 40g: R2, R1, S
- 50g: R2, R1, S, X
- 60g: SR, S, X, TX
- 70g: S, X, TX
- 80g: S, X
The Tour AD XC has a softer butt section, a stiff center section, and a stiff tip. This profile is designed to promote a low/mid launch angle and low spin. It also uses TORAYCA® M40X carbon-fiber prepreg in the mid-to-tip section, plus TORAYCA® T1100G carbon-fiber prepreg with NANOALLOY® technology in the tip for shaft stability and precise ball control while maintaining feel.
